Galeria8 Concierge is a full-service luxury concierge operating globally. We help clients access luxury goods, private travel, exclusive experiences, dining, real estate, and a range of personal and corporate lifestyle services.
Using Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit a service request. By doing so, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to engage with us. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Service Requests & Enquiries
Submitting a request through our website is not a binding commitment; it is the beginning of a conversation. We will review your request and follow up to discuss what is possible, what it involves, and any associated costs before anything is confirmed. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide a specific service at a specific price.
Fees & Payment
All fees and costs will be clearly communicated to you in writing before any service is confirmed. We will never charge you for something you have not agreed to. Specific payment terms are agreed separately for each engagement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our work begins as soon as a service is confirmed, fees are generally non-refundable once an engagement is underway. We will always clearly discuss the cancellation terms with you before confirming any service. Where applicable under Florida law, a 3-business-day cancellation right applies to agreements signed outside our office.
Our Responsibility
We take care in selecting the vendors, partners, and service providers we work with. However, as an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties involved in fulfilling your request. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Galeria8 Concierge or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. We always prefer to resolve any issues directly and in good faith before any formal process is needed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly to the affected Client.
